The console dashboard’s delivery alert loads only what it shows

The notification-delivery alert on the console dashboard shows three numbers: how many notifications failed in the last 24 hours, how many tenants were affected, and how many failures came from a missing provider key. It used to load the fleet delivery page’s full breakdown to get them, including every affected tenant’s name and the page’s filter lists, then show only the three numbers.

It now reads just those three counts. The load is smallest exactly when it matters: during a spike of failures, when staff reload the dashboard most.

Nothing on screen changes. The fleet delivery page keeps its full breakdown, with tenant names and filters, and both surfaces count failures the same way.
