A seat with narrowed access no longer sees a range on the Command Centre

When an administrator narrows a vendor seat’s access to leads, satisfaction responses or invoices, that seat’s Command Centre shows a notice in place of every figure, and no range control. Its subtitle still read “Last 30 days”, a window nothing on the screen used.

The subtitle now reads the way it does for everyone else: “As of today · 19 Oct 2026, 18:05 BST”, with the note “no business timezone set, using the platform default” where your organisation has not set one. A narrowed seat always sees today, even from a link to a past moment, because it has no way to pick one or to come back.
