Satisfaction and people lists refuse a filter they cannot apply
When a screen asks for one customer’s satisfaction surveys, or for the people in a manager’s team, the request carries the identifiers to narrow by. If one of those arrived unreadable, the survey list used to drop the narrowing and return every survey in the account, and the people list used to drop the unreadable team member and show a shorter team without saying so.
Both lists now stop instead, the same way service lead lists already do. A list that cannot be narrowed the way it was asked returns an error, so a fault shows up as a fault rather than as somebody seeing more — or fewer — rows than they should.
No screen changes, and nothing anyone sees today moves: every part of the product already passes valid identifiers. The rule now lives in one place that every list uses, rather than in each list remembering to follow it.
