The expert’s assistant calls the price the service’s list price
Experts reading their bid pool in the assistant see each request’s price under List price: the catalogue price of the service the request asked for, in its own currency, and per month for a monthly service. The assistant no longer describes it as a range the customer stated.
When a service has no list price yet, the request still counts it as a gap when the assistant sorts the pool, but the assistant never drafts a question asking the customer for a price. The price is the vendor’s to set in the catalogue. If the price is the only thing missing, the assistant says there is nothing to ask.
