Match cards show each expert’s projects and which of the lead’s criteria they meet
On a lead’s Matching section, every expert’s card now carries two more things to choose on.
Projects sits beside availability: “14 completed · 1 active”. Completed counts the projects the expert has delivered for your organisation; active counts the ones they are delivering now. An expert already on several projects is easy to spot before you give them another.
Four ticks under the card say whether the expert meets what this lead asks for:
- Product — they list the lead’s product. Vendor certifications will join this tick once experts can record them.
- Industry — they serve the lead’s industry.
- Location + language — they are in the lead’s country (or its region, when the lead names only a region) and speak one of its languages.
- Capacity — they are available and have room for another project.
Hover over a tick, tab to it or tap it to read why it is met or not — for example “Based in Belgium, lead is in United Kingdom”. A lead that doesn’t name a product, industry, location or language counts as met on that point.
Matching now reads the same counts: an expert whose earlier work has been delivered is no longer held back as if they were still on it.
