Accepting a bid no longer moves the lead to you, and every lead in delivery has an SDM

CSMs — accepting a bid on a lead another CSM owns now leaves that CSM in charge. The quote, invoice approvals, notifications and dashboards stay with the lead’s owner. On a lead with no CSM yet, accepting a bid still makes you its CSM.

SDMs — when a customer accepts a quote and work begins, a lead with no SDM is now assigned the active SDM with the fewest open engagements, and the assignment shows in the lead’s activity. The lead appears in that SDM’s views straight away. A lead that already has an SDM keeps them, and Assign SDM on the lead still changes the SDM at any time.
