Admin and staff screens show labels, not codes
Screens that used to show a stored code, or force one into Title Case, now show its label:
- Roles: the users table, profile badges, the reporting-line picker, pending invites and SLA settings read “CSM” and “SDM”, not “csm” or “Csm”.
- Settings: category cards are headed “General”, “SLA”, “Gone cold” and “Market signals”.
- Activity: actions read “Quotation process” and “Proposal submitted”.
- Permissions and scope: the permission history reads “Lead: Qualify out”, and route reach reads “Full tenant” or “Own records”, the same words as the capability matrix.
- Statuses: the status page reads “Lead workflow”, names each persona by role, and shows each transition’s target by its display name.
- Finances: the tabs read “Quotes” and “Invoices”.
- Expert bids: a lead’s skills show as one list, with no “Uncategorized” heading.
- Customer overview: a milestone or blocker that is waiting on you now says “You”.
Names people typed, such as services, skills and companies, still show exactly as they were entered.
