SDMs can release approved briefs to the bid pool again

A customer’s approval moved their request past the stage where the SDM approves it, so Release to bid pool never appeared and no expert saw the request. The order is now the one the platform promises: the customer approves the requirements they wrote, the SDM approves and releases them, and only then do experts see the request.

What changes for you

  • Customers approve their requirements exactly as before. The request then waits for your SDM.
  • SDMs see Release to bid pool on every approved request in backlog. Releasing it starts the bid process and notifies the matched experts.
  • Experts can submit a proposal as soon as a request is released to them.
  • Requests customers approved before this change are not moved by it: they are not yet in the bid pool, and no expert has been told about them.
