Active Service Revenue’s movement no longer reads as good or bad

Active Service Revenue is the value of work in delivery. It falls when engagements complete and are paid, which is good news, so a red arrow under it told the wrong story.

On the Live Service Command Centre, the movement under Active Service Revenue now shows in grey, whichever way it goes. The arrow still shows the direction, and the line still says what it is measured against — the start of the range you are viewing. The other figures keep their green and red.
