Each demo project shows its blockers once

The guided walk’s at-risk engagement — Aldermoor Insurance’s renewal reminders — used to show the same blocker twice, “Policy system export not delivered”, once owned by the vendor and once by the expert. It now shows that blocker once, owned by the customer, since Aldermoor’s IT team delivers the export.

Every other project in the demo follows the same rule after a reset: a project in delivery shows each of its blockers once, still open, and a finished project shows each of the blockers it hit once, resolved.
