A person’s whole record, on one page

Opening someone from the user list used to give you their contact details and little else. To find out what they were working on you went to the leads list; for what they were owed, to Finances; and for who brought them in, nowhere — the platform did not record it.

The profile is now one organised page with tabs.

Overview — their contact and profile data, and the key figures: leads, completed CSAT responses, member since, last login.

Leads and requests — every lead they are attached to, whether as the customer, the CSM, the SDM or the expert, newest first, with the role they play on each one and a link straight to its workspace.

Finances — their quotes and their invoices, each list totalled so you can see what a customer has been billed or what an expert is owed without adding it up. Totals are stated per currency and never converted.

Access and roles — their reporting line, their primary and extra roles, and their individual permissions. This tab is for administrators.

History — the trail of what they have done.

Who brought them in

Where the platform knows who invited someone, their profile now says so in the header, linking to that person. Creating a customer while raising a lead records you; an administrator’s invitation records the administrator. Leads arriving through the embeddable form or an inbound webhook have no one to name, so the line is simply absent — as it is for everyone who joined before this started being recorded.

Two things worth knowing

The Leads tab shows when each lead was last updated rather than its value; a lead’s value is assembled from its accepted bid and quote, and that is a separate piece of work.

The reporting line, roles and permissions panels have moved behind the Access and roles tab, which needs the same permission their controls have always needed. If you are a CSM you will no longer see them — previously they were shown to you but refused your changes on submit. The person’s manager is still named on the Overview tab.
