Searching the users, leads, invoices and CSAT lists narrows them again

Typing a search term into the users, leads, invoices or CSAT list now narrows it to the rows that match. Before this fix those four searches returned every row, whatever you typed, so finding one person, request, invoice or survey response meant paging through the whole list.

The total and page count under each list now count only the matching rows too, so the pager tells you how many results your search actually found.

Deleted records stay out of every list, exactly as before.
