Reuse an archived catalogue name, and clear a description

Anyone who manages your catalogue can now correct it without workarounds.

• Archived names are free again. Archive a service, product, skill or industry, and you can create a new one with the same name straight away. For products, this applies within the same platform. Two active records still can’t share a name.
• Descriptions can be cleared. Empty the description box on a service, product, skill or industry and save. The record then shows no description. Before, the old text stayed.
